Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the Glow Up Beverages web site located at glowupbeverages.com, and all associated sites linked to Glow up Beverages, its subsidiaries and affiliates. The Site is the property of Glow Up Beverages Operations, by using the site, you agree to these terms of use; if you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

Ordering

You must be 18 years or older to order from Glow Up. If you do not confirm that you are over 18, your order will not be processed. When placing an order with Glow Up, you confirm that all personal details are true and correct.

Delivery & Authority to Leave

Signature will be required on delivery. Identification will be required if the person accepting the order is deemed to be under the age of 25. If suitable proof of age cannot be produced, the person will be advised that the parcel will be returned to a collection point and can be collected on the production of proof of age identification. 

If you are not home at time of delivery, a delivery slip will be left to advise you of the nearest collection point or when your parcel will be redelivered. 

Glow Up and the contracted courier company will not be held responsible for any missing goods when authority has been provided for your goods to be delivered without a signature. Glow Up does not deliver to areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or general restricted areas.

Orders will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days.

Liability
Glow Up Beverages will not accept any Liability or responsibility for the products being stolen after being delivered to your nominated delivery address, any delay of delivery in the products, or your delivery being returned if they are not picked up from the nominated post office.

Our obligations with respect to the products and services advertised on this website are governed solely by the agreements under which they are provided and nothing on this website should be construed to alter such agreements.

Promotions Terms & Conditions

By participating in any promotions offered by Glow Up Beverages, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

  1. All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase is made using a promotional code or during a sale, it is considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for purchases made during promotional periods.
  2. Non-transferable and Non-redeemable for Cash: Promotional discounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents.
  3. Promotion Duration: Each promotion may have its own specific duration and terms, as communicated through our Instagram account or other marketing channels. Glow Up Beverages reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time, without prior notice.
  4. Limited Availability: Promotional offers may have limited quantities available, and they are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Glow Up Beverages does not guarantee the availability of promotional items or discounts beyond their stated duration or while supplies last.
  5. Free Gift Limit: If a promotion includes a free gift, customers are entitled to receive only one free gift per customer. This limit applies regardless of the number of purchases made during the promotional period. If we have multiple promotions running at the same time, please note these promotions are exclusive to each (for example, a matched offer, or discount code, will not be applicable for a free gift promotion running at the same time) 
  6. Additional Terms: Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific promotions. These terms will be communicated alongside the promotion and will be considered part of these overall terms and conditions.
  7. Compliance: By participating in our promotions, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Glow Up Beverages reserves the right to cancel orders or invalidate promotional discounts if we suspect any violation of these terms or fraudulent activity.

Refer a Friend Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
This promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

2. Promotion Period
Entries received outside the promotion period will not be considered.

3. Promotion Details
  • The referrer must be an existing customer who has previously made a purchase from Glow Up Beverages.
  • Multiple referrals are allowed, and each successful referral will earn the referrer another access to The Luxe Mixed Bundle for $100 (valued at $159), with free shipping included.
4. Prize Collection
Any additional costs associated with claiming the reward are the responsibility of the participant.

5. General Conditions
Glow Up Beverages reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate or abuse the referral system. The promoter also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

State by State Liquor Acts

New South Wales: Under the Liquor Act 2007, No Alcohol can be sold or supplied to anyone under 18. It's against the law. Liquor Licence LIQP770018014.

Queensland: Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years.

Victoria: Warning - Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $17,000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $700).

Tasmania: Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 it is an offence: for liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years. Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units. For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor. Penalty, Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.

South Australia: Under Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Liquor must NOT be supplied to persons under 18. Western Australia: WARNING. Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.
