Order Policy

You must be 18 years or older to order from Glow Up.

If you do not confirm that you are over 18, your order will not be processed.

When placing an order with Glow Up, you confirm that all personal details are true and correct. 

Signature required on delivery.

Identification will be required if the person accepting the order is deemed to be under the age of 25.

 If you are not home at time of delivery, a delivery slip will be left to advise you of the nearest collection point or when your parcel will be redelivered.

Glow Up and the contracted courier company will not be held responsible for any missing goods when authority has been provided for your goods to be delivered without a signature.

Glow Up does not deliver to areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or general restricted areas.

What are your shipping options? 

Standard shipping: $10 - typically arrives within 7 days, but can take up to 10 working days

Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100.00 -  typically arrives within 7 days, but can take up to 10 working days

Where do you ship?

Shipping is Australia-wide only.

Do you deliver to parcel lockers or PO boxes?

No, we cannot ship to parcel lockers or PO boxes due to the alcoholic nature of our products. 

How do I track my order?

Returns Policy

What is your returns policy?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind due to hygiene and shelf-life reasons. This extends to our glassware and garnishes.

My products were damaged - what do I do?

Oh no! We are careful to pack our orders with care and label them as fragile, however we get accidents happen.

 Please contact us at info@glowupbeverages.com with your order number within 48 hours of receiving your order.
