To provide you our delicious cocktails in our business as an online retailer we will need to collect personal information.

Collecting and looking after your information
Collection of your information with your consent is required for our business. This allows us to deliver good and services to our customers as well as provide you with anything you may require in continuing to support out business in future.

When placing an order with us the information collected from you will be your name, a contact email, contact number, address, details of your credit card(that will not be stored unless you allow it to be) and date of birth to ensure you are 18 years of age or over.

During your visit to our website collection of information may be automatic in regard to your computers operating system, computer settings, geolocation, and your computers IP (internet protocol) address.
This will include webpage statistics, how you were referred to each page, statistics and how long was spend on each page. If you have provided personal information about another person to us, we require that you inform that person that you have done so and provide them a copy of this Privacy Policy.

Phone calls may be recorded for the purpose of customer service training. Customers or their browsing activity's will be kept private unless forced by law or the term and conditions of this website.

We do not charge for the SMS Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You have the option to opt-out of our direct marketing communication activities at any time. This can be done by clicking the “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” link in our email communications, responding with ‘Stop’ to promotional SMS messages, or by reaching out to us via phone or email.
